In my eyes there's two categories of people; the ones that know their value at birth, and those who try to figure it out along the way. Come on, let's be honest, most of us have to go through some kind of rejection, demoralizing situation or life altering event to even consider if we're making the best of time and space. All self help books suggest having a sense of gratefulness to enjoy life, but what about just enjoying your own company! Instead of naming off five things that you don't like about your physicality or status, and ask 2 trusted sources what five attributes they see in you. Then start a "Dam I'm Awesome Journal" for one week and see your truth in writing. Try to start valuing your existence.
